Service Provider is not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer, including but not limited to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Gaggenau, Miele, or Monogram. Service Provider is an independent service company.

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. Service charges and parts costs will be provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Warranty

All repairs are warranted for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Service Provider's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. Service Provider is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to food spoilage or lost income.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Service Area

We proudly serve Valencia and surrounding communities in Los Angeles County. Service outside our standard area may incur additional travel charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to appliances requiring service. Please clear the area around the appliance and ensure pets are secured during the service visit.
